We will honor Dylan’s legendary influence on music and culture with an afternoon of live performances, poetry readings, and storytelling inspired by his work.
In addition to the music, the event will feature special guests, poetry readings, and a tribute to Tompkins Corners’ founding member, John Cohen, who photographed a young Bob Dylan in New York City, near Dylan's home in Greenwich Village, and in Putnam Valley around Cohen's farmhouse. Fine crafts will be offered for sale. Kids can do a craft project using materials from Retake/Remake. This family-friendly event will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the festivities. Bring a picnic, lawn chairs, and your love of Dylan! *In case of rain, the celebration will move indoors. Tickets are $20 and may also be purchased at the door. Kids are free. Beverages, snacks, and TCCC’s signature home-baked goods will be available. |

Our Poets’ Corner is delighted to provide a voice to all who care to share about Bob Dylan. Read a poem or an excerpt from one of his books or song lyrics. Perform one of his songs or a song you have composed inspired in some way by Bob Dylan. Tell a story of how you first were introduced to Bob Dylan’s music or writing style. “All I can do is be me, whoever that is.” – Bob Dylan
