New at the Market - Food Scrap Recycling!
Justin Baker of Cucumber Hill Farm will collect food scraps and transport them to his farm to support the dietary needs of his chickens. This pilot program will continue every Friday afternoon through August 31st.

Justin will accept fruit and vegetable scraps (cooked or raw, with stickers removed), cooked meat leftovers, dairy products, eggs and their shells (crushed), and breads and grains. Off limits: avocados and yard waste. Scraps that have been refrigerated or frozen are preferred.
